      Monika Charlesworth helped me find a condo in Studio City.   I was a first time buyer and a little naive about the buying process in California.  I knew what I was looking for and I have general real estate knowledge, but I definitely didn’t understand what all went into purchasing a place.  Monika eased my peace of mind and guided me through the buying process.
